Registration is open for a few more weeks (closing 3/31). We're over 50 entrants now, with close to 30 more that showed some interest but haven't signed up yet. When all is said and done, will have close to $10,000 worth of free/discounted product, gift cards, and cash to give out to the racers. We even have a ride and DRIVE package from the Indy Racing Experience for one lucky HP racer to win at the Runoffs!!

Cash payouts will go to the top 3 finishers in the points, as well as a "hard luck" award and the Randy Canfield Sportsmanship Award. Product and gift cards will be used for both door prizes and performance based awards.

Oh... and courtesy of LINNspeed, we have a totally amazing poster for the series, paying homage to some significant HP racers throughout the years. Poster will be for sale shortly... Check it out below, and thanks Brian!!!

Love the poster!

Never saw that original poster of the start for HP in 1980. That's me in Toni's car over to the far right. That was back when you could use pit entry to get a wide swing at turn one.

I took that photo of the start in 1980, as my dad was racing too. Not that I've been sitting on it for 40+ years waiting for the right moment, but it kinda turned out that way. I also took the picture of Cat's car that's in the poster. Little did I know that I would be using them so many years later. I think I have some of Jim's GP Turner and Toni in her square bodied #77 Spridget from '79.

Awesome poster design by Brian!! We have received some great feedback on it and a few complaints... Just want to acknowledge some of that.

Yes, I understand and agree that there are several champions that could/should have been featured on the poster, including Ray Stone, Jim Miller, Ken Purgason, Ray Yergler, Todd Wheeler, and more... I also understand that the poster does not have a VW on there. There was only so much space to get cars on there, and cuts had to be made... If there happens to be a 2022 version of the poster, I welcome any and all suggestions of cars/drivers of historic significance to include.

Wonderful poster from Brian Linn, and many great photos. I figured out who was in many of these cars, even though I usually only saw the rear end of them. Oh, except for Adam Malley's Honda with the Japanese red starburst - I often got to see that car in my mirrors about twice per race.... Joel
